75.Wednesday : True wisdom : Things from Heart : Sanctify or Defile

The Rosary is the supreme holy habit to clear the heart from all defilements.

Mary is honored as the "Seat of Wisdom".

1 Kings chapter 10 verse 8, Happy are  who stand before you always and listen to your wisdom.
Psalm chapter 37 verse 30, The mouth of the just murmurs wisdom.
Mother Mary is the bearer of true wisdom. Mary is honored as the "Seat of Wisdom". She  is the new Ark of the Covenant.

She might be contemplated and the consolation and joy of God might be known, as she is the reason for the constant, perfect, intimate delight of this God One and Triune.

Proverb chapter 8, For whoever finds me finds life, and wins favor from the LORD; But those who pass me by do violence to themselves;  all who hate me love death.

Matthew chapter 15 verse  18, Jesus teaches that what comes out of a person’s mouth—their words, actions, and character—originates from the heart.

In a state of grace, the soul lives, heart-virtues are nourished, and the fear of God prevails. If in a state of sin, connection with God is lost and the soul is in a state of spiritual death. Consequently, the person is also in a state of death. This causes a fear of death and triggers survival-based instincts of , intuition, and stimuli. Furthermore, this intellectual awareness of our mortality creates a constant, often subconscious, existential anxiety. To manage this, humans construct cultural systems, meanings, and self-esteem to feel enduring, valuable, and protected from the void."

The fear of death drives the desires of the flesh, acting as a subconscious, enslaving force that pushes individuals toward sensory pleasures, material hoarding, and self-preservation to avoid the inevitability of mortality.
The fear of God—defined as profound reverence, awe, and submission— acts as a driving force that aligns the soul's desires with divine will. This godly fear fosters a desire for obedience, holiness, and righteousness, driving out lesser, sinful passions. It serves as a spiritual safeguard that illuminates the soul and fosters security.

Holy habits are the best way to cultivate love and root out fear from the heart. They remove negative memory patterns and build patterns of faith and trust in the Lord. A daily, consistent, and habitual practice of the Rosary clears moral impurity, vices, and spiritual hardness that "wound and deform the heart." It helps destroy bad habits and decreases sin. It offers a "place of healing" for broken hearts, anxiety, and deep spiritual wounds. The rhythm settles the mind and removes the "filth" of sinful thoughts. It helps the heart grow in humility, purity, and obedience.

Mark chapter 7, verse15, Jesus said Nothing that enters one from outside can defile that person; but the things that come out from within are what defile.” Since it enters not the heart but the stomach and passes out into the latrine?”  From within people, from their hearts, come evil thoughts, unchastity, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, licentiousness, envy, blasphemy, arrogance, folly. All these evils come from within and they defile.”

The two stone tablets of the Law : The golden pot of 'hidden' manna

Aaron's rod that budded : In Christian tradition, this rod foreshadows St. Joseph’s staff,  blossomed when he was chosen to be the spouse of Mary, the "New Ark".

The Golden Pot of 'Hidden' Manna: This jar contained an omer of manna, placed there by Aaron as a memorial for future generations to show how God fed them in the wilderness.
