Monday - 1st week - Ordinary Time After Christmas : Repentance

Mark 1:15 “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent, and believe in the gospel.” 17. Jesus said to them, “Follow me and I will make you become fishers of men.”

The time is fulfilled, all prophecies have been fulfilled, and the time has come. Those who repent and believe in Jesus can follow him into part of His kingdom.

Matthew 11:12 From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven suffers violence and the violent are taking it by force.

After John the Baptist, the nature of seeking the Kingdom changed from prophetic anticipation to determined and relentless pursuit. It's a call to action, indicating that entering the Kingdom requires a determined effort, a concept found in Jewish ideas of repentance (teshuva) and spiritual striving.

Repentance is a process of determined and relentless pursuit to align with grace.
This process follows a rhythmic pattern. Progress is evidenced by the quality of confession, a sense of inner peace, and the ability to access providence.

The habit of the Rosary is the most effective tool to maintain rhythmic progression and to build intentional habits that support incremental growth and continuous improvement in repentance.

Repentance involves more than simply expressing remorse for sins and participating in confession; it's a determined and relentless pursuit—a process of unwavering commitment, consistent daily action, and resilience to overcome obstacles, focusing on incremental growth and continuous improvement rather than immediate perfection. It's a mindset of never settling for 'good enough,' demanding more from oneself, and maintaining focus through intentional habits, even when facing challenges or external criticism

Situations similar to those of John the Baptist demonstrate the idea of repentance. It is not merely a term; it signifies a sequence of ongoing processes through which grace interacts with you to lead you toward righteousness. The influence of evil forces is present and serves to keep you in sin.

A hardened heart is the enemy of repentance. A stubborn, unfeeling, or resistant heart, often due to ongoing sin, pride, or pain, blocks true repentance by making a person unwilling to admit wrongdoing, feel sorry, or turn back to God, right paths, becoming insensitive to spiritual calls and truth. Repentance requires a tender, teachable heart, but a hardened one stays self-righteous and ignores conviction, preventing the deep change needed.

Kingdom of heaven is the alignment of  a person's current state with grace.

This
starts with Catholic baptism, then there are five fundamental stages to ushering in God's kingdom. There will be a fierce fight with evil forces in each stage.

The simplest method to progress through all stages of growth in the Kingdom of Heaven and enjoy the Fruits of each stage is by reciting four Rosaries each day and reflecting on all the mysteries of Christ and Mary.

Stage 1: Align with actual grace by receiving daily blessings in the physical realm by living a fundamental Catholic life. This alignment will help to realize the  the call to participate in the next stage.
Stage 2: Live a life to justify 'The Call' : Self purification in the Physical Realm by engaging with  Sanctifying Grace.
Next Stage, the reign of sanctifying grace begins once you have built an unbroken habit of praying four Rosaries daily for years.
Stage 3: Chosen for Purgation, with sanctifying grace facilitating the purification process.
Stage 4: Illumination at spiritual realm  Inner person growing and outer person decreasing.
Stage 5: Union, where grace is demonstrated through actions as results.

To lead a fundamental Catholic life, individuals should be baptized in the Catholic faith and participate in church activities from a young age to receive associated blessings.
1. Live a sacramental life to receive blessings from Christ.
2. Recite the rosary daily to develop a relationship with Mary and receive her blessings.
3. Read Scripture and understand how the Word has influenced the lives of the saints.
4. Seek blessings through the intercession of the saints to cultivate a good relationship with them.
5. Get involved in the community and engage in charitable works to share these blessings.
