Saturday - 3rd Week of Advent.
The angel Gabriel said to Mary , “You have found favor with God."
To find favor with God, one's state of self must be surrendered. For this, internal and external state of a person must be coordinated.
I am the handmaid of the Lord is a surrendered state of self. A surrendered state of self, signifying complete humility, trust, and obedience to God's will, even when it's unexpected or challenging, meaning one's life is fully yielded to God's purpose.
Entering God's presence makes life a psalm, like Mary's life.
For God to hear a prayer, you have to enter His presence. Prayer is about engaging with God.
To enter His presence, one's state of self must be surrendered. For this, internal and external state of a person must be coordinated.
For Internal state, Soul must be alive and active. For the external state, we need the coordination of three faculties: an internally focused brain, a meek heart, and virtue-full muscle memory.(habits)
Spiritual sleep, spaghetti brain, selfish heart, and sinful muscle memory will all move one away from the presence of God.
To pray, you have to enter His presence. Prayer is about engaging with God.
When God speaks, a selfish heart grows hard. If we fall into the trap of life's worries, we will not hear God's voice. Negative habits also prevent us from hearing God's voice.
by chanting four Rosaries daily and meditating on all the mysteries of Christ and Mary.
A surrendered self, abiding in Christ, and alignment with God's will are the keys for prayer to bear fruit.
True imagination(internal) and true thinking(external) should be aligned to execute God's will.
Virtue full muscle memory (habits): developing good habits (virtues) through repetition until they become automatic, like a skill, using the brain's neuroplasticity for both physical (muscle) and behavioral ("moral") skills, meaning you act "virtuously" without conscious thought, or in building character through consistent, good choices, akin to building a strong muscle
Sinful muscle memory(habits) : refers to the powerful, ingrained habits and automatic negative reactions (thoughts, behaviors) from past sins or worldly ways that persist even after a person tries to change, like an athlete's ingrained bad form; it's the brain's "autopilot" for old, harmful patterns, making it hard to live out new spiritual identities, but can be overcome through consistent, deliberate practice of new, positive actions and thoughts (like meditation, journaling, Rosary) to build new positive neural pathways.
St. Teresa of Ávila taught that God dwells within each person, describing the soul as an "Interior Castle" with many rooms, where the innermost chamber is the dwelling place of God, inviting us to turn inward through prayer to discover the Infinite within our own being, created in His image.
Luke 1:9 Zechariah was chosen to enter the sanctuary of the Lord; 13.The angel said “Your prayer has been heard." 19 And the angel said to him “I am Gabriel who stand before God." .

Effects of Chanting rosary in a person’s life:
1,It is called “Angelic Psalter”, a powerful tool to Awaken the Soul. An awakened soul is at the presence of god. God's will only reflects on an awakened soul.
